2929Twelve

2929Twelve was Dorado Capital’s first development project, a 6-unit luxury condominium in Washington, DC. Despite construction mainly occurring during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the project was delivered within budget and time expectations, with sales beginning 18 months after acquisition. The total sell-out of the project occurred within 24 months of land acquisition. The total valuation of project at completion was ~$3.3 Million.

Lynnwood Plaza

Lynnwood Plaza was Dorado Capital’s second completed project, a ~10k SF shopping center located in Baytown, a suburb near Houston, TX. Dorado acquired the land for Lynnwood Plaza in 2020, and the completed, vacant building was sold in 2022 for $1.5 Million.
