The Bowen is a 22-unit Class A development project located in Washington, D.C. Dorado acquired the land for the project in November of 2021 and obtained full permit approval in July of 2023. Occupancy certificated is anticipated in Q2 2026, and stabilization is expected by Q1 2027.
