Chestnut Flats is a 12-unit luxury townhome development located in Richmond, VA. Dorado acquired the land for the project in Q4 2020 and completed the planning process in Q1 2022. Chestnut Flats Phase 1, consisting of 6 units and all sitework, broke ground in Q3 2023 and delivered in Q4 2024; to date, 5 out of the 6 units are sold. Phase 2 is expected to break ground in Q3 of 2026 and deliver in Q2 of 2027.
