Chestnut Flats is a 12-unit luxury townhome development located in Richmond, VA. Dorado acquired the land for the project in Q4 2020 and completed the planning process in Q1 2022. Chestnut Flats is currently in pre-sales; ground-breaking occurred in Q3 of 2023 and initial delivery of six units is expected in Q2 of 2024, with the remaining six expected to deliver in 2025.
